Return & Exchange Policy
All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non- refundable except in the event of defective items. In the event a customer received a defective item, customer has to provide us with their order number and a picture proof. Items must only be returned in its unworn, unused and original condition. We will not accept any distressed or damage goods especially leather goods. Exchanging of defective goods should only be done within 15 days upon receiving of goods. In the event that the defective merchandise is out of stock, the customer can choose to exchange for any item of equal value or opt for store credit.
